  I had a major mechanical problem with my bike during a trip, and the manager didn't hesitate to take the time to help me. And this despite surely being very busy with a race taking place in the area at the same time! He very kindly helped me out by putting the wheel from one of his bikes on mine. Thanks, Jason, you saved the rest of my trip! Every time I see a beautiful landscape, I think of my wheel and how lucky I am to have met you! All the best :)
