Citrus, Christophe, and Marine did an absolutely fantastic job catering our wedding in Biarritz. From our very first conversation through to the wedding day itself, they exceeded every expectation we had. The food was simply outstanding, honestly even better than we had imagined. Every dish was beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavour. We chose a cocktail hour with flying plates and a cheese bar, which was a huge hit with our guests. It created such a relaxed and elegant atmosphere, and everyone kept commenting on how delicious everything was. For dinner, we opted for a family-style sharing starter followed by a stuffed ravioli as the main course. The service felt completely effortless, allowing everyone to enjoy the evening without interruption while still experiencing exceptional food. Every course was perfectly executed and received countless compliments from our family and friends. To finish the meal, Citrus created an incredible two-metre-long Basque cheesecake. It was not only spectacular to look at but also one of the best cheesecakes we've ever tasted—a truly memorable centrepiece that perfectly reflected the region. What really set Citrus apart, however, was the level of care and professionalism they brought to the entire planning process. Marine and Christophe were an absolute pleasure to work with, making what could have been a stressful part of wedding planning feel easy and enjoyable. Marine was exceptionally responsive, always replying quickly to our questions and ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully planned. Her organisation and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly. Christophe brought such warmth and humour throughout the process, making every interaction fun and helping us feel relaxed and excited every step of the way. On the wedding day, the team executed everything flawlessly. The service was professional, seamless, and perfectly timed, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our celebration knowing everything was in safe hands. We couldn't have asked for a better catering team at our wedding and would wholeheartedly recommend Citrus to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a team that genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable.
