The menu is essentially based on fresh, seasonal products chosen with local producers and suppliers.

    Great restaurant! We took the tasting menu. Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert! The staff are very pleasant and take great care of their customers. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

    Tasty cuisine, research, colors and textural games... A delight! Nice menu, and a market menu that changes very regularly, simply superb, with starter, main course, dessert, for 27e. So congratulations to AMA, and long road to them. I highly recommend this restaurant.
