Ideally located between sea and mountain, in the heart of the Basque Country in the spa town of Cambo-les-Bains, a stone's throw from the Villa Arnaga, the AMA gourmet restaurant welcomes you in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

At the helm of Restaurant AMA, chef Adrien Layssac brings to life a know-how honed throughout his professional career. After initial training in hotel and restaurant management, he trained in prestigious establishments, notably with Alain Ducasse in Monaco and at La Bastide de Moustiers in the South-East of France, then at the Ithurria restaurant and as sous-chef at the Auberge Ostapé located in Bidarray.
In 2022, the chef settled in Cambo-les-Bains at the AMA Restaurant.
