The cannery located in Briscous faces the Basque mountains. Our store , adjacent to the workshop, is open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Since 1970, we have been cooking duck , pork , veal , but also vegetables such as lentils or white beans of French origin. In our jars you will find duck rillons, Espelette pepper pâté and the famous black pudding according to the recipe of the two-star chef, Christian Parra.
For your family meals or your lunch breaks, we offer a wide range of cooked dishes: lentils, sausages, cassoulet, duck ravioli in piperade. You can also discover a wide range of jams including our black cherry jam, ideal to accompany sheep's cheese.The store welcomes you with pleasure!
