Xotila Workshop: Flavors of the Basque Country to spread as an aperitif!
XOTILA was born from a passion for gastronomy and culinary encounters. The company is based in Bayonne and we cook and develop our ten creations in a small cannery near Hasparren and in a very artisanal way. We favor the use of quality products, spices and condiments that the entire Basque Country North and South offers us. Our entire range of vegetable spreads, hummus (revisited with Basque flavors) or Basque ketchup are the result of real creative work with the use of multiple ingredients and reflection with an entourage of informed gastronomes.
