Cannery Anne Rozès A wide range of prepared meals in Briscous

The cannery located in Briscous faces the Basque mountains. Our shop, attached to the workshop, is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and then from 2:30pm to 6pm.

Since 1970, we have been cooking duck, pork, veal, and also vegetables such as lentils and white beans of French origin. In our jars you will find duck rillons (pork belly confit), pâté with Espelette pepper, and the famous black pudding made according to the recipe of the two-Michelin-starred Chef, Christian Parra.

For your family meals or lunch breaks, we offer a wide range of prepared dishes : lentil and sausage stew, cassoulet, and duck ravioli with piperade. You can also discover a wide selection of jams, including our black cherry jam, ideal for pairing with sheep's cheese.
