In Les Aldudes, after a free one-hour walk on the "Discovery of Basque Pig Farming in the Mountains" trail, a break is called for!
Settle down on the terrace, not far from the sow who watches over her young, and choose from the Discovery boards for 2 people, our selection of cheeses, Irouleguy wines... and even a "Xerri tipi" menu for the children.
Then go to the shop in Les Aldudes to discover Kintoa PDO ham, ham from the Aldudes Valley, sausages, foie gras and ready-made meals from the House.
The Aldudes shop is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 (19:00 in summer).
Opening period: All year round 7 days a week except on 25 December and 1 January and on Sundays in January and February.
