Maison Gastellou Artisanal cured meats near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port

Located in the heart of the BASQUE COUNTRY, very close to the village of SAINT-JEAN-PIED-DE-PORT, the "POUTZIA" farm has been run from father to son for several generations.

It was in 1966 that Pierre GASTELLOU took over the farm, working mainly in the breeding of beef cows with the "Blonde d'Aquitaine" breed. Five years later he opened his first point of sale in SAINT-JEAN-PIED-DE-PORT under the name "BOUCHERIE CHARCUTERIE BASQUAISE" being able to sell, thus, directly, the products of his farm.

Since then, the company, which has 4 shops and a small canning and salting factory, has been taken over by his sons Alain and J-Pierre GASTELLOU.

Today, "MAISON GASTELLOU" is taking another step forward by offering you its artisanal specialties in its online store.
