Espelette pepper is one of the specialties of the Basque Country. Maison Accoceberry started in 1959 and has evolved a lot since then. If there is one spice it has never been separated from, it is Espelette pepper, the only spice to be labeled AOP in France.
Because it enhances the taste of our food, as a real flavor enhancer, the majority of the dishes of the house are seasoned with this more or less intense spice: veal axoa, cold cuts, country pâtés...
Maison Accoceberry also offers this powdered spice so that you can use it in your Basque recipes.
