Our brand new drying room allows us to now offer you Basque charcuterie made in Espelette. Espelette pepper is the condiment that best represents the culture of the Basque Country. It comes in strings, fresh peppers, or even chili powder to bear the famous AOP label.

At Etxe Peio, we obviously offer Espelette pepper strings and powder. But it is also a condiment that we use very regularly in our dishes,our pâtés and rillettes, our charcuterie, as a real flavor enhancer. It is also available in jelly, coulis, puree and other accompaniments.
