Our animals are designed with us; generation after generation, they are born and live with us. Our herd spends the summer in the mountain pastures and the winter very warm.

The food we give him grows on our land; we only use organic fertilizer, his hay is grassland, rain is our only irrigation, transgenics have no place here.

When the moment comes to sacrifice them, the slaughterhouse of Mauléon does its job in the most dignified way; afterwards, the meat rests for a few days, because it is unavoidable.

From the carcass to the carton, three clean, air-conditioned rooms with strict regulations preserve the meat from any contamination.

From Mauléon to your kitchen, a refrigerated vehicle allows us to scrupulously preserve the fragile cold chain.
