LOREZTIA Homemade honeys in Bayonne

A passionate beekeeper and jam maker since his youth, Jacques Salles created the Loreztia shop in Bayonne in 2005. In Euskara, Loreztia means "honey sweetness", and that is how passion was transformed into a profession.

Harvested in the Basque Country and the Landes region , our homemade honeys deliver an authentic and natural flavor. At Loreztia, you'll find honey from various nectar-producing species in the region: chestnut, wildflower, heather, linden, and many more. Loreztia also works with other producers to broaden its horizons and further delight your taste buds. Located in the Navarre and Asturias regions, two beekeepers collect honeys with a more "Mediterranean" flavor, such as lavender, thyme, and eucalyptus.
