Based in Ascain, GS Taloa makes its taloak by hand, from simple, local ingredients: corn, wheat, water, salt, and even sunflower seeds and popcorn for extra flavor.
The pancakes are pre-cooked and vacuum-packed, which allows you to easily take them with you and enjoy them whenever and wherever you want: at the beach, on a hike or back home!

How to taste them?

It's simple! Simply heat the talo in a pan or on a griddle, then garnish it according to your taste.
