Based in Ascain, GS Taloa makes its taloak by hand, from simple and local ingredients: corn, wheat, water, salt, and even sunflower seeds and popped corn for more flavour.

The patties are pre-cooked and vacuum-packed, allowing you to easily take them with you and enjoy them whenever and wherever you want: at the beach, on a hike, or back home!

How to enjoy them?

It's simple! Just heat the talo in a pan or on a griddle, then fill it according to your tastes.
