Pressoir du Pays Basque is a range of 100% natural fruit and vegetable juices, pressed and bottled using traditional methods in Ayherre, in the heart of the Basque Country.

The adventure began in 2015 with two young Basque engineers who wanted to create local, healthy and natural juices, focusing on the authentic taste of fruit and vegetables and on local production in the Basque Country.

Over the years, the range has grown considerably. Fruit juices, organic juices, vegetable juices, sparkling fruit juices and 3-litre bag-in-box formats: Pressoir du Pays Basque now offers a complete range of drinks for every moment of the day.

100% natural juices pressed in the Basque Country

At Pressoir du Pays Basque, the idea is to stay as close as possible to the original product.

The fruit and vegetable juices are pressed and bottled using traditional methods in Ayherre, at the Eragin Fabrika production facility. This facility allows the entire process to be managed locally, from pressing to bottling, for both still and sparkling juices.

The recipes focus on carefully selected ingredients, with 100% natural juices, without additives and without added sugars across a large part of the range.

The idea is ultimately quite simple: put the fruit and vegetables in the bottle, without overcomplicating things.

A range of fruit juices for every taste

Apple juice is one of Pressoir's great classics. The apples are harvested in orchards in south-western France before being pressed locally in the Basque Country. A simple, fruity and refreshing juice that captures the taste of freshly pressed apples.

The range also includes orange juice with pulp, made from Spanish oranges, as well as several recipes combining different fruits.

Kiwi Apple Orange combines apple, kiwi and orange in a naturally fruity recipe. Tropical Multifruit blends apple, orange, pineapple, mango and passion fruit for a more exotic flavour.

For those who enjoy more indulgent combinations, Apple Raspberry combines the taste of apple with delicious raspberry notes, while Apple Pear brings together the gentle sweetness and fruitiness of these two fruits.

Finally, ACE juice, made with apple, orange and carrot, combines fruit and vegetables in a naturally flavourful recipe.

Pressoir's organic fruit juices

Because local production can also go hand in hand with organic farming, Pressoir du Pays Basque offers a range of organic fruit juices, made in Ayherre.

The organic range includes Organic Apple Juice, made with Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples from organic farming and harvested in orchards in south-western France.

Organic Orange Juice, with pulp, is made from organic oranges grown in Spain.

Organic KPO, a blend of organic apple, kiwi and orange, completes the range with a fruity and refreshing recipe.

A simple way to enjoy an organic fruit juice made in the Basque Country, while preserving the pleasure of genuine fruit juice.

Vegetable juices and recipes inspired by the Basque Country

Pressoir du Pays Basque also offers a range of vegetable juices, allowing vegetables to be enjoyed in a different way.

Tomato juice is a 100% natural juice with a smooth texture and the authentic taste of fresh tomatoes.

The range also includes two gazpacho recipes, particularly enjoyable during the warmer months.

Pressoir du Pays Basque Gazpacho combines tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, garlic and onions, enhanced with olive oil and a touch of vinegar.

For an even more local recipe, Espelette Pepper Gazpacho uses the same vegetable base with a touch of Espelette pepper, one of the most iconic ingredients of Basque cuisine. Best enjoyed chilled.

Because juice can also be festive, Pressoir du Pays Basque has developed a range of sparkling fruit juices, pressed and bottled in Ayherre.

Sparkling Apple Juice combines the authentic taste of freshly pressed apples with delicate refreshing bubbles.

Sparkling Orange & Mandarin brings sunny citrus notes, combining the flavours of Spanish oranges and mandarins.

The latest addition to the range is Sparkling Lemon-Yuzu, combining the freshness of lemon with the more exotic notes of yuzu. The yuzu used in this recipe is grown in Ayherre, just a few kilometres from the production facility.

These drinks are ideal for an aperitif, alongside a meal or simply whenever you fancy a fruity and sparkling drink, with or without alcohol.

Apple juice in a 3-litre bag-in-box

For families, professionals or simply big apple juice lovers, Pressoir du Pays Basque also offers its apple juice in a 3-litre bag-in-box.

This format allows the juice to be kept for up to 4 weeks after opening, while preserving the taste of 100% natural apple juice.

Orange juice is also available in this format, making it practical for breakfast, restaurants and other shared occasions.

Traditional production in Ayherre

The decision to produce in the Basque Country has been at the heart of the project since its creation.

After several years of development, the business entered a new phase in 2023 with the installation of a new production facility in Ayherre. This development now allows the juices to be pressed and bottled locally, while also enabling the creation of new recipes and formats.

Pressoir du Pays Basque follows a simple approach: select good fruit and vegetables, process them as little as possible and make the juices here, in the Basque Country.
