  Since you can't be reached by phone, I'm here to report a problem. Your trout are a work of art, but the problem is that you don't master the packaging, especially in supermarkets! Having lived all summer on your production, says my banker, it's been 4 or 5 times that we come across batches of slices, or whole pieces, whose smoking is totally spoiled, to the point that we have to throw away the trash immediately, otherwise the entire neighborhood will sue us!!! For a product of such quality, make sure that behind it, it follows!!! What a shame, such a waste, when you have such a product, you control it, from a to z. We won't talk about my banker.
