In Haute-Soule, in Licq-Atherey, come and discover the “La Truite des Torrents” fish farm nestled in the heart of the Susselgue valley.
The torrent which has its source at the foot of the Issarbe massif, on the foothills of La Pierre Saint-Martin, brings quality water, both pure and rich, allowing the breeding of trout which will allow you to discover the true taste of this wild fish from the rivers of Soule.
White or pink, small or large, cut into steaks, fillets, or fillets, we offer trout in all these forms so you can eat it however you like. In the middle of a wild and preserved site, you can appreciate our quality products by tasting grilled trout in our local restaurants, a specialty of Souletine gastronomy.
Trout and troutlets are only gutted to order.

- Trout rillettes with Espelette pepper: €3.90 per jar.
Open from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday and only in the morning on Saturday.
You will find our various products in supermarkets and fishmongers in the towns of Mauléon, Oloron Sainte-Marie, Navarrenx, Saint-Palais, Orthez, Dax, Os-Marsillon, Monein, and Salies-de-Béarn.
