In Haute-Soule, in Licq-Atherey, come and discover the fish farm "La Truite des Torrents" nestled in the heart of the Susselgue valley.

The stream which originates at the foot of the Issarbe massif, on the foothills of La Pierre Saint-Martin, brings quality water, both pure and rich, allowing the raising of trout which will let you discover the true taste of this wild fish of the rivers of Soule.

White or pink, small or large, cut into steaks, fillets, or steaks, we offer trout in all its forms so you can enjoy it exactly as you like. In the heart of a wild and unspoiled setting, you can savor our quality products by enjoying grilled trout fillets in our local restaurants, a specialty of Souletine cuisine.

Trout and trout fry are only gutted upon order.

• Trout fillets: €11/kg
• 250g and 500g fillets: €14/kg
• Fillets over 500g: €15/kg
• Large pink trout: €10/kg
• White trout portion: €2
• Brown trout: €12/kg
• Eels: €24/kg
• Trout rillettes with Espelette pepper: €3.90 per jar.

Open from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday and only in the morning on Saturday.
