Ilarria is an old house in the village of Irouléguy whose name evokes a landscape of Landes. A family property for several generations, the vines planted on the limestone hillsides above the village are worked according to the principles of organic farming. A walk in the heart of the vines will give you a better understanding of the reality of working in a mountain vineyard.
Here the search for wine is intended to be natural in the expression of this terroir. We produce white, rosé and red wines with the only yeasts and bacteria that the grapes bring us and which are also present in our cellars. Sulphites are only used at the end of the ageing process, shortly before bottling with low doses. The reception is at the estate every day of the week in season and by appointment the rest of the year.
