Etchai is not a traditional wine shop. It's a home for wine lovers, a place designed to discover, understand, and share wine in a new way. At the crossroads of an urban wine shop, a winemaker's showroom, and a tasting center, Etchai champions a modern, accessible, and discerning vision of wine, rooted in the Basque Country and open to all the major French wine regions.

The Etchai selection highlights independent winemakers from both the Southwest ( Irouléguy, Côtes de Gascogne, Madiran, Jurançon, Fronton, etc.) and the major iconic regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley, the Loire Valley, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon, and Champagne. The aim is not to be exhaustive, but to be coherent : a short, clear, and high-quality selection.

The name Etchai unites Etxe ( the house, in Basque) and Chai ( the place where wine is born and kept ): a setting dedicated to exceptional wines and delicacies, in the heart of Biarritz.
