  After purchasing the swing arm for the tow hitch on June 19, 2026, which arrived a week later, the package was missing the nut cover and the included wrench doesn't fit the lock bolt, which is essential for installation. Since then, we have sent several emails to customer service and also called them. It's always the same story: "We'll sort it out." All talk and no action. Considering the price we pay for the product, it's shameful to have no competent person to deal with. I am not at all satisfied, and frankly, I'm furious.

  After a towbar specialist in our town told us that pivoting arms for bike racks didn't exist, we looked elsewhere for a solution and got a SKEP117. We left a message on the website Tuesday at 11 pm to check the item's availability, and the company called us Wednesday at 9 am. A few exchanges and photos were sent to verify the item's compatibility with our towbar... and we received it this morning (Friday). We couldn't have hoped for better! 😉 Thank you to Patrick and the whole team for their responsiveness and professionalism. (This setup will simplify our van holidays.)
