  Qualité des produits et accueil au top ! Ici pas de baguette classique mais des pains spéciaux au levain naturel. Nous avons pris un pain cranberries, noisettes et chocolat blanc ainsi qu’une brioche pépites de chocolat et des jus de fruits fabriqués à Sare à quelques kilomètres pour prendre des forces avant de monter la Rhune. C’était délicieux et nous avons été super bien accueillis, je recommande ++

  THE LUZIAN GEM. Divine products of rare quality. True, top-level artisanal expertise. As soon as you step inside the bakery, a multitude of breads and brioches beckon. Listing them all would be too lengthy, as the products are exceptional. A magnificent blend of flavors, with special mention for the lemon, strawberry, and flan tarts, simply worthy of the very best. A must-visit in the Basque Country for locals and future tourists alike. A warm welcome awaits you at all times.

  A courageous and bold choice with exceptional results. We can taste the passion and expertise in every loaf we've tried. What a pleasure to eat "real" bread! We personally kept it wrapped in a tea towel for six days, and the flavor was still there. The brioche was so delicious... Thank you and congratulations, keep delighting our taste buds!
