  Booked through Homair Vacances. A disaster! The welcome was unworthy of the campsite, the pitch was at the very end of the campsite, the terrace was covered in cobwebs, and the laundry room was incredibly filthy for a 5-star campsite. Homair absolutely must find a manager capable of properly managing the staff, starting with teaching them to greet guests and smile. Similarly, installing a key box for departures would be much more practical than leaving the keys on the mobile home table with the door open.

  We paid around €1,100 for a week in a bungalow with a jacuzzi, so we expected a holiday commensurate with the price. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. The first thing I want to highlight is the positive: the staff was friendly and always tried to help us. We really liked the restaurant; the food was good, the service was quick, and the prices seemed reasonable. However, problems started from day one. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was faulty: we found pans and utensils with food residue stuck to them because they had been rinsed but not properly washed, which gave a very bad first impression of the bungalow's cleanliness. Furthermore, a sheet and a set of towels were missing, even though they were included in the price. In our case, it wasn't a big problem because we had brought our own, but it's still a minor oversight. One of the chairs on the terrace was also broken. The worst part was the constant power outages. We had to go to reception numerous times because the electricity kept going out, even twice in less than an hour. At one point, the electrician himself pointed out the location of the outdoor electrical panel and explained what to do if it happened again during the night—something he shouldn't have to explain to guests on vacation. Another completely unacceptable issue was the presence of cockroaches inside the bungalow. We're not talking about seeing the odd insect outside, but finding them inside the accommodation throughout our entire stay. The situation got so bad that on the last day, I woke up with a cockroach crawling across my face, and it almost got into my mouth. It was a very unpleasant experience and completely unacceptable for a bungalow we paid over €1,100 for. The jacuzzi was also a disappointment. It didn't have a simple net or skimmer to remove the insects and debris that fell into the water, so we had to scoop them out with a glass. Doing so lowered the water level considerably. I requested through the campsite's app that they please come and refill the water tank, but no one came. In the end, the day before we left, I found a hose and had to refill it myself. As for the facilities, the pools seemed too small for the number of guests and were constantly overcrowded. In short, it's a shame because the staff and the restaurant deserve a good rating, but the condition of the bungalow, the lack of cleanliness, the cockroaches, the frequent power outages, and the lack of response to several issues made our holiday a disappointment. For over €1,100, we expected much better-maintained accommodation and service commensurate with the price. We wouldn't return.
