Ideally located in the city centre of Biarritz, the Hotel Jules Verne invites you on a journey in a setting dedicated to the author of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.
From underwater depths to air travel, every space in the Hotel offers you a true immersion in the world of the famous writer.

Each room in the hotel pays homage to a Jules Verne novel or character, and a paperback copy of a Verne adventure is provided free of charge. The 77 rooms feature comfortable bedding. High-end (90 to 160cm - single or queen size, with Wi-Fi) Fiber optic internet, flat-screen TV, safe, air conditioning, and a welcome tray are provided. Executive rooms feature a minibar and an espresso machine. All bathrooms have a shower.

Breakfast is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet every day from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. You will find pastries, a selection of breads and brioches, homemade cakes and pastries, pancakes, cold cuts and cheeses, fromage blanc, yogurt, fresh fruit salads, cereals, seeds, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, grilled bacon, as well as various hot and cold drinks: coffee, tea, hot milk, fruit juice, semi-skimmed cold milk, soy milk, still, sparkling, and flavored mineral waters. The hotel works exclusively with leading brands and prioritizes local and homemade products. The breakfast selection changes with the seasons.

Regional specialties, such as the famous Basque cake or the local Ossau-Iraty cheese, are showcased there.
Special diets are also catered for with gluten-free and/or lactose-free options. For those with smaller appetites, an express option is also available.
The bar is open from noon to midnight.

The outdoor heated pool (27°C) is open seasonally from April to October, weather permitting. Towels are provided for hotel guests. A snack service is offered by the pool during the summer months (July and August), allowing you to combine relaxation with a tasty treat.

The fitness gym, whose decor evokes a Belle Époque seaside resort, offers you high-end, atypical and original equipment, made of wood, from the brand water rower©: rower with water resistance, tria trainer, treadmill and water grinder© arm bike, as well as a new generation balance board eau-me-board©, which combines classic balance work with the movement of water and allows, in particular, training for the practice of surfing.

Open every day from 7am to 9pm, it is accessible free of charge by booking a time slot for hotel guests.

The hotel's Multilingual Library, with a collection of approximately 500 works, is available for discovering or rediscovering a Jules Verne adventure, or learning more about the life of the most translated French author in the world. Junior and foreign language editions are available to suit all audiences.
For your seminars, meetings, study days, conferences, general assemblies, etc., the Aerostat – a 50 m² modular seminar room with natural daylight – can be rented for half a day, a full day, or several days, depending on your professional needs. It can accommodate up to 40 people in a theater-style setup and is equipped with a digital display, HDMI cable, flip chart, and television. Refreshments are available for an additional fee.

A coworking space is open 7 days a week in the afternoon, accessible to everyone without time limits, in exchange for a purchase. The hotel also offers, in partnership with local providers and subject to availability: massages, yoga classes, and preferential rates at one of our partner restaurants and on a selection of activities and excursions.

A private, secure, underground parking garage is available for €20 per night, with a €10 surcharge in summer. Two parking spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations (€10 surcharge). Advance booking is recommended and can only be made by telephone, subject to availability.
Pets are welcome at the property, for an additional charge of €15 per night.
