Ideally located in the city center of Biarritz, the Hôtel Jules Verne invites you on a journey in a setting dedicated to the author of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.
From underwater depths to aerial travel, each space of the Hotel offers you a true immersion in the world of the famous writer.

Each room at the establishment pays homage to a novel or character by Jules Verne and a paperback book of a Verne adventure is graciously provided. The 77 rooms are equipped with bedding high-end (from 90 to 160cm - single or queen size, wifi fiber optic, flat-screen TV, safe, air conditioning, courtesy tray. Executive rooms have a minibar and an espresso machine. All bathrooms have a shower.

Breakfast is served as an all-you-can-eat buffet every day from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You will find pastries, a selection of breads and brioches, homemade cakes and pastries, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses, fromage blanc, yogurts, fresh fruit salads, cereals, seeds, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, grilled pork belly, as well as a variety of hot and cold drinks: coffee, tea, hot milk, fruit juices, cold semi-skimmed milk, soy milk, still and sparkling mineral waters, and flavored waters. The hotel works exclusively with major brands and favors local and homemade products. The breakfast menu is seasonal.

Regional specialties, such as the famous Gâteau Basque or the local Ossau Iraty cheese, are featured here.
Special diets are also catered for with gluten-free and/or lactose-free options. For those with a less sweet tooth, an Express menu is also available.
The bar is open from noon to midnight.

The outdoor pool, heated to 27°C, is open seasonally from April to October, weather permitting. Bath towels are provided for hotel guests. A snack bar is available in the summer (July – August) around the pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious meal.

The fitness gym, whose decor recreates a Belle Epoque seaside resort, offers you high-end, atypical and original equipment, made of wood, from the WaterRower© brand: rowing machine with water resistance, tria trainer, treadmill and WaterGrinder© arm bike, as well as a new generation Eau-Me-Board© balance board, which combines classic balance work with the movement of water and allows, in particular, training for surfing.

Open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., it is accessible free of charge upon reservation for hotel guests.

The hotel's multilingual library, with a collection of approximately 500 works, is available to discover or rediscover a Verne adventure, or to learn more about the life of the world's most translated French author. Junior and foreign-language editions are available to suit all audiences.
For your seminars, meetings, study days, conferences, general meetings... The Aérostat - a 50 m² modular seminar room with natural daylight - can be rented for half a day, a day, or several days depending on your professional needs. It can accommodate up to 40 people in theater configuration and is equipped with a digital panel, HDMI cable, flipchart, and television. Gourmet breaks can be offered at an additional cost.

A coworking space is open 7 days a week in the afternoon, accessible to all without time limit, in exchange for a drink. Finally, the hotel offers, in partnership with local service providers and subject to availability: massages, yoga classes and preferential rates in one of our partner restaurants and on a selection of activities and excursions.

A private underground car park, closed and secure, is available at a rate of €20 / night, with a supplement of €10 in summer. Two car parks are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles (+10€). Advance reservations are recommended, only by telephone and subject to availability.
Pets are welcome at the property, for a supplement of €15/night.
