    • After visiting our horticultural greenhouses in Anglet in the Basque Country, come and discover our restaurant at Maritxu.

      In a typical Basque Country cuisine, we have chosen local producers to guarantee you quality products. We obviously work with our Mendi horticultural greenhouses, the garden of all, which occasionally supply us with seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables.

      Our seasonal menu changes every quarter to offer you something new and help you discover more products.
      The seasonal menu is available every lunchtime, from Monday to Saturday.

      For lunch, you will have the choice between 2 options with the menu of the day:

      • 2-course menu (starter - main course or main course - dessert) for €21
      • 3-course menu (starter – main course – dessert) for €26

      These formulas are offered to you every lunchtime from Monday to Friday.

      A seasonal menu is also offered every lunchtime from Monday to Saturday.

    Rather disappointed even though the place was inviting. Unfortunately you don't eat what is offered on the menu! On the menu fish/shellfish parillada: 3 poor squid and one fish. (fish from the dish of the day!) I should have asked before! Normally a parrillada has a mix of several things. No shellfish here…. We're still looking lol! Seasonal vegetables with this dish for 22 euros. 3 poor mini pieces of carrots, a micro piece of cauliflower, a leek cut into 3..!!! We're still looking for the rest! Sorry but I was really hungry afterwards! In addition, the vegetables could benefit from being worked on a little, ie instead of having steamed vegetables without anything, put them in the pan to brown them a little and grill or even add flavor with fresh herbs, butter or olive oil.... From the garlic to the onion…!! A real lack of fine detail cooking. Diet diet!! :) the dish of the day: fish with risotto: the fish was good and on top a very nice little assembly that was a little hardworking! Top. On the other hand, here again the risotto... nothing in it (it is advertised as having foie gras it seems to me!) in short even if not foie gras please for pity's sake something in it!!! As for dessert, it was clearly a failure. You must drip before serving...! Announced chocolate mousse: we're still looking for it. A sort of beige mousse that tasted like egg whites with sugar. !! No consistency, which didn't even fit in the small spoon. And superrrr sweet. You are really starting then we will come back to try again but please take the criticism to try to improve because... too much not enough. Come on, catch up, to err is human. Oh and…. Please, for pity's sake, the awful commercial radio music 😢 which is annoying. Fip radio the good mix easy and free.
