Located in a quiet corner of Anglet, this restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Saturday. Enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely shaded terrace seats approximately 20 people.

Drawing on his extensive experience in French cuisine and inspired by his many travels, our chef Aurélien Martinoli plays with textures, flavors, and colors to delight your palate. He earned the title of Maître Restaurateur in 2025.

Byron offers four à la carte dishes and a different daily special each day at very competitive prices, around €15 per dish and €25 for a starter, main course, and dessert.

We also enjoyed a wide variety of homemade pastries such as freshly toasted banana bread, carrot cake with an ultra-indulgent tonka bean cream, brownies, cookies and many more! Expect to pay around €3.50-€5.50 for pastries.

The Byron also offers vegetarian options and vegan pastries.
