With his experience in French cuisine and inspired by numerous travels, our chef Martinoli Aurélien plays with textures, flavors and colors to delight your taste buds.

The Byron offers four à la carte dishes and a different daily special every day with very competitive prices, around €15 per dish and €24 for starter, main course, and dessert.
