    • Taloa is certainly one of the pioneering street food dishes in Europe. If you're visiting, passing through Bayonne, or have a quick lunch break, we offer our entire menu for takeaway. You can enjoy our specialties made with seasonal, local, and farm-fresh ingredients wherever you like.

      Concerned about the environment, we only use biodegradable packaging.

      Open every day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday continuously from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

    Eating near the market, enjoying the local specialty, talok, or a sharing platter, is a real treat. The grilled pork belly in the heart of their corn galette is a simple delight that pleases the taste buds. That subtle flavor of grilled pork is enough to satisfy. The Vin Tanné wine is also very good. The best part is that you eat in the square, in the sun and in peace and quiet. In short, I highly recommend it. Another plus is the friendly service, which is a nice bonus.
