  A gastronomic gem! The setting of L'Apostrophe blends modernity and warmth with rare elegance. The dining room exudes good taste, the atmosphere is hushed without being stuffy, and you immediately feel at ease. The cleanliness is impeccable; every detail seems designed for your comfort. The service? Absolutely perfect. The team is remarkably friendly while remaining ultra-professional. No forced familiarity, just the right amount of attentiveness and expert advice. You can feel their passion for their craft and their professionalism at every moment. As for location, L'Apostrophe is in Hendaye and is very easy to get to. Perfect for a gourmet evening without the hassle of parking or transportation. The dishes? The veal prepared three ways is an absolute masterpiece. Presentation worthy of a painting, perfectly executed cooking, and subtle and surprising flavor combinations. Each bite tells a story, each texture complements the other. Truly great culinary art. A perfect evening from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!
