    • On the shaded terrace in summer or in the dining room by the fireplace in winter, the restaurant lets you taste the pleasures of good home cooking in all seasons.

      Martine and Jean-Pierre prepare daily menus based on specialties from the Basque Country . À la carte, suggestions according to the market with local products, which ensures the freshness and quality of the dishes offered.

      Some examples of dishes to taste all year round: Garbure, basquaise chicken, grilled lamb, duck confit, hen au pot, piperade ham...

      And to end on a sweet note: the real Basque cream cake from Barbier Millox. For more details, consult the hostel directly.
