Located in the magnificent Jardines de la Medialuna, Chalet de Izu is the headquarters of the Official College of Physicians of Navarre. This emblematic building, reminiscent of the architecture of Madrid during the Habsburgs, houses the restaurant.

This majestic mansion was the residence of Ambrosio Izu, who had it built in 1955 after his return from Mexico, where he had emigrated and made a career as the owner of a major spinning, weaving, and printing factory. He settled there with his wife, Blanca Urmeneta, from Navarre.
