In a frame idyllic offering one of the most beautiful views of the Basque Coast, our team will give you a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The spacious and beautifully decorated room provided the perfect retreat, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding lush landscapes. The attention to detail was remarkable, with luxurious amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings were a gastronomic delight, with a diverse range of delectable dishes prepared by talented chefs. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the world-class spa, where I indulged in rejuvenating treatments and felt completely pampered. The staff's professionalism and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. They truly deserves its five-star rating, and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience of luxury and relaxation.

    Wonderful hotel in Basque country right on the beach (Bay of Biscayne). Awesome location, easy to access and walk around town. My wife and I were with Backroad tours and this is one of their featured hotels on the hiking and biking trip. Worked really well for our group. Our room was a little warm, AC could have been stronger, but it was summer and the weather was exceptional.

    Even in the luxury euro 200+ Chambers the lavatories are small, and meant for children. Not for EU adults. Shocking!
