An extraordinary culinary adventure. The host is a dynamo, the atmosphere electric, the menu is restricted and the food is out of this world. Never mind the Fat Duck and Noma, this is where the seafood action is! Followed by the best crème caramel anywhere and, for me, an indulgent chocolate slice like my Mum makes served with searing sour sauces and burnt coffee crumbs. Inspiring cuisine in a simple and welcoming setting. Not to be missed!

The food (fresh fish excellently cooked) was simply amazing - desserts were fantastic too. Service was efficient and jovial. A really lovely meal with my family.
