    Picked up a touring bike here for a three day tour of the area. I was allowed to try two bikes to see which one I preferred before setting off. The bike was in good repair and the brakes and gears well calibrated. I got panniers as well which were clean and in good condition. Throughout this the guy checking me in was friendly and informative, and didn't mind me transferring my stuff from my bags to the panniers! Great service.

    We hired bikes in Biarritz and they were superb for a 30 km tour of the Basque Coast. The staff were exceptional and friendly.
