  We had enthusiastically and confidently chosen to celebrate Valentine's Day at Prohibido. The promise was enticing: a "refined experience" in an "intimate and elegant cabaret." The reality was quite different. Upon arrival, we learned, with almost disconcerting nonchalance, that our reservation for a table for two simply didn't exist under the agreed-upon terms. The waiter then offered us, as if it were an equivalent alternative, a choice between two tables of six (some of whose seats had their backs to the stage). The promised intimacy thus transformed into a communal banquet setting. Waiting quickly became the defining characteristic of the experience. An hour to get a cocktail, priced at €17, a particularly high price for the region, and served without any quality justifying such a price point. Two hours before dessert arrived. In the meantime, a feeling of gradual abandonment set in. When the main course finally arrived, it was lukewarm. A seemingly minor detail, but one that, in an already fragile context, only amplifies the disappointment. Admittedly, the dishes were objectively excellent in terms of taste, and it would be dishonest not to acknowledge that. The cuisine demonstrates genuine skill. But gastronomic excellence alone cannot compensate for such flawed organization, especially during a themed evening where one would expect exemplary logistical planning. As for the show, the troupe displayed admirable professionalism. Navigating artistically amidst disorganized service, poorly managed tables, and a confusing atmosphere is almost a feat in itself. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, it is difficult to fully appreciate the performance. Ultimately, what should have been an exceptional evening turned into a frustrating experience, marked by a persistent sense of disconnect between promise and reality. At €130, plus drinks at prices that are hard to justify, we're not talking about a simple impromptu dinner, but a premium experience. At this level of financial commitment, expectations are legitimate. We therefore left with a profound sense of disappointment. Not for lack of potential, because there is plenty of it, but for a lack of organizational rigor and consideration for the overall customer experience. A real shame. Truly.

  Valentine's Day meal ruined. Terrible table service, a 1.5-hour wait for the starter, seating like in a canteen, and exorbitant prices (€8 for a bottle of water).
