  Great location, the food is good but not exceptional, however the setting is very beautiful. I'm giving it 3 stars for the view, otherwise it wouldn't be worth more than 2 stars.

  We chose Roc Seven for an early lunch with our 3-year-old daughter after visiting the aquarium. The sunny terrace was very appealing. We were served quite quickly at noon, our little one first, which was much appreciated! The children's menu is simple but effective. The prices aren't cheap, but the view and location certainly justify it, and the food was good, so I recommend it. A special mention for the raspberry iced tea! And the servers were very friendly.

  The setting is pleasant, opposite the old port, but the service is appalling. Do you have to be an influencer or announce upon arrival that the bill will be substantial to be considered and treated with a modicum of respect? A little before noon, you ask for a drink to start and perhaps order food when the kitchen opens, and you're shown to the first-floor terrace, which is completely empty. You're directed to the two worst tables: the first between the stairs and the bar with no view, and the second facing the street overlooking cars and trucks. But be happy you can enjoy this table... but be warned that you'll be asked to leave if customers arrive for the restaurant. Avoid at all costs!
