  Le plus gros point fort de l’établissement le grand large est son emplacement, pour le reste cela ne vaut clairement pas son prix , plus de 3000€ pour un studio privilège avec une petite vue mer mais au nord ,pas de couché de soleil à la fenêtre , frustrant mais là où cela est encore moins justifié c’est l’absence de lave vaisselle en 2026 dans une résidence vacances (1 er fois en plusieurs années me concernant ) la chambre pour les enfants sont une punition sans fenêtre , pas de table de nuit ni prise électrique, je me demande quel privilège on nous accorde ? Vous choisirez cette résidence pour son emplacement exceptionnel près du centre très animé , mais certainement pas pour ses chambres datées restées en 1990 qui ne justifient pas leur prix. Je passe sur un wifi de très mauvaise qualité une climatisation absente des logements , payer un prix élevé, je veux bien mais il faut que les prestations suivent , reste le cadre magnifique , on se consolera avec ça.

  The location is outstanding. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We had a fantastic sea view from the 8th floor. We missed having air conditioning. Also, the elevators are quite old and had some issues. Otherwise, everything was great!

  This residence is ideally located for exploring Biarritz on foot. Access to the swimming pool is very convenient, and the option to rent a parking space is a real plus in a city where parking is difficult, especially in the city center. However, the apartments are in need of renovation. The decor is stuck in the 90s, and the complete lack of air conditioning is a real problem, especially during heat waves when the bedrooms get extremely hot. The apartments designed for four people are also quite small. Despite this, the ocean view is simply exceptional and a major part of the residence's charm. I also appreciated the ample storage space in the bedrooms, which is very practical for a stay of several days. Considering the amenities offered and the condition of the accommodations, the price seems rather high compared to what you can find on the market today in establishments of a similar or even higher category.
