  Imagine our astonishment—mixed with profound annoyance—when, seated as a group of four to enjoy what we hoped would be a refined experience, and after a surprisingly generous bill, we were confronted with a display of negligence unworthy of your establishment. The mirror next to our table was in a state of utterly unacceptable cleanliness: obvious marks, persistent grime, a blatant lack of any care whatsoever. Such sloppiness in a hotel that aspires to a high standard is simply unacceptable. This detail, far from being insignificant, betrays a lack of rigor that cannot be tolerated at this level of expectation. To make matters worse, there was another disappointment: even though we were parked in the hotel's parking lot, when we wanted to walk down to the beach, we were asked to leave the grounds with our vehicle and park outside, leaving us to find a space elsewhere. Such a requirement, for customers who have just dined on the premises, is difficult to understand and, to say the least, disappointing. It is all the more regrettable given that the service and setting, while otherwise adequate, led us to expect an experience worthy of your reputation. Therefore, despite our dissatisfaction, we are happy to maintain a generous rating—albeit with a certain reservation tinged with irritation. We urge you to address these shortcomings so that your future customers do not have to experience, as we did, such a lack of attention to detail in both cleanliness and customer service.

  We parked at the Hôtel du Palais intending to enjoy the bar. When we tried to walk down to the beach, we were simply refused entry. We were forced to get back in our car and park elsewhere on the street. This is completely incomprehensible and unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. Especially since I am a Hyatt member and expected a much higher level of service and consideration. A clear lack of common sense and respect for customers. A very disappointing experience.

  Magnifique séjour à l’hôtel du Palais de Biarritz. La décoration de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle, en harmonie avec l’histoire de ce lieu, dans le sillage de l’impératrice Eugénie, épouse de Napoleon III. Les chambres, vastes et très bien équipées offrent un excellent confort. L’équipe professionnelle, par son accueil et son service, a contribué à ce sejour inoubliable. Je remercie particulièrement Florida, Tewei, Frederic, Charlotte Jehanne, Roxane, Maxime, Vita, Filip, Esther, Thomas, Tashi. J’ai aussi apprécié le spa, la piscine intérieure et le lounge, précieux moments de détente.
