The Luma brewery was born at the end of 2021 in Saint-Palais. A range of three permanent beers (Ipa, Pale ale and a white beer) are produced there as well as ephemeral beers (yellow kiwi, cherry, clementine). These ephemeral beers are an opportunity to use ultra-local barley produced in Béhasque, the village next door.
“Luma”, the feather in the Basque language, symbolizes grace and delicacy. Like the bird, the feather is the elusive, the freedom carried by the wind.
