The cannery located in Briscous faces the Basque mountains. Our shop, attached to the workshop, is open Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Since 1970, we have been cooking duck, pork, veal, but also vegetables such as lentils and white beans of French origin. You will find in our jars duck rillons, pâté with Espelette pepper and the famous black pudding according to the recipe of the two-star chef, Christian Parra.
For your family meals or lunch breaks, we offer a wide range of ready meals : lentils, sausages, cassoulet, duck ravioli in piperade. You can also discover a wide range of jams including our black cherry jam, ideal to accompany sheep's cheese.The store welcomes you with pleasure!
