    • The Aramendia pastry shop delights visitors with its creations, making it an unmissable place and a benchmark in Basque artisanal pastry.

Their secret? Their bakery, where every day they transform raw materials into authentic delicacies. A know-how practiced with passion and respect for the ingredients and their preparation, guaranteeing optimal freshness and quality for every cake, tart, brioche, or pastry, from the moment it comes out of the oven until it's enjoyed.

They recently added a very special flour to their product line. They use it to make all their products. It's 100% natural wheat flour, with no additives or improvers, and no GMOs. In other words, wheat flour, and nothing else. It's pure and natural!

A major advantage in terms of quality: the guarantee that the proteins, nutrients, and flavors of all its pasta are of natural origin, without artificial additives. Now, in addition to enjoying the same exceptional taste, you have the assurance of a 100% natural product.

      The best Basque cake

Yes, even while reading these lines. Everyone who tastes the Basque cake from Aramendia Pastelería considers it the best they have ever eaten.

Here's an irresistible treat, made with only wheat flour, premium butter, and filled with our delicious pastry cream. The perfect combination of flavors—the savory crust and the sweet filling—can be enjoyed as a cake or a tart. Don't miss out!

Besides the Basque cake, their pastry shops also offer a large and delicious variety of cakes (don't miss their traditional preparations), tarts (the mille-feuille or their Idiazabal cheesecake, also available in cake format, are highly recommended), pastries (croissants, puff pastries and brioches accompanied by different fillings, jams, nuts and cocoa), biscuits (they make more than 10 different kinds with top-quality butter as the main ingredient) and chocolates (made with different cocoas and nuts).

The team of pastry chefs lovingly prepares each pastry daily in the Aramendia Pastelería workshop, then distributes them to its various bakeries in San Sebastián, Irún, and Zarautz. If you'd like to enjoy a traditional pastry, made with passion and exclusively with wheat flour, Aramendia Pastelería is the place to go. Enjoy!
