Our brand new dryer now allows you to offer Basque cold meats made in Espelette. Our recipes are as typical as they are traditional and perfectly reflect the Basque cuisine of our elders. Finally, to complete its selection, Etxe Peio calls on local and passionate producers to offer you quality and authenticity.
