At Balme, the truffle is a family story started more than a century ago in Vaucluse in the heart of Provence where no less than four generations of truffle farmers have succeeded each other, roaming the rich and fertile lands of Luberon in Mont-Ventoux.

Balme is also a meeting between two friends : Thomas, child of the Luberon, the worthy successor of the truffle dynasty & Mikel, the Basque epicurean, who fell in love with the black diamond.

But Balme is above all the perfect alliance between a product that is both rare, raw, intriguing and refined & products a little pig from the Aquitaine region selected with the greatest care.

With us, quality rhymes with taste and transmission with friendliness ; our only goal to offer you the best of this noble and mysterious dish. The development of our products is largely done in the Basque Country where we make it a point of honor to work in short circuits with local producers. As for the fresh truffle, it comes from the production of Uncle Géo, Thomas uncle in Provence.
