Gutizia Estate Wine production in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry

Domaine GUTIZIA is located at the entrance to the village of St Etienne de Baigorry, on 1.5 ha of vines managed with respect for the fauna and flora. This estate managed in organic farming was created in 2011, by Cécile SABAH and Sébastien CLAUZEL in the IROULEGUY appellation.

Their winery is a converted stable, and it is with enthusiasm that they will introduce you to their white and red wines and help you explore the richness of emblematic grape varieties such as Tannat... but also the work of vinification in amphora.

Cécile, from the Gutizia estate, in Saint-Étienne-de-Baïgorry, welcomes you every Tuesday and Friday, in July and August, for tasting walks in the vineyards: €7/adult and free for children. (45 mins in the heart of the vineyards, followed by a tasting of our wines in the cellar).
