Noisette Pâtisserie

Noisette Pâtisserie is a laboratory for artisanal, natural and local pastries intended for professionals (restaurants, tea rooms, etc…) and individuals, on orders.

Hazelnuts are an important part, of course, but the range of pastries on offer is not limited to this ingredient. The menu will indeed change over the seasons, respecting the availability of fruits and plants of the moment.

Tasting workshops, ephemeral events, pastry lessons, Mathieu, the pastry chef, has no shortage of ideas. He is keen to take you on a journey through his universe, imbued with poetry and delicacy, in the continual search for accuracy and sincerity.

Located inside the Halle Darla in the Iraty village of Biarritz, this laboratory is worth a detour and a look. As for your taste buds, they already thank you !
