  Great facilities for families, especially the pool which is large and with some fun slides. Separate, adult-only pool also. Small on-site shop, restaurant, and gym. Really well located for day trips.

  We had a pleasant stay at the campsite, but we left with mixed feelings. For a campsite advertised as 5-star, we expected a higher level of service. In our opinion, it deserves more like 4 stars. Regarding the negative points: We noticed a general lack of maintenance. The terrace of our mobile home was not up to standard: cobwebs, uncleaned windows and griddle upon our arrival. The green spaces also need better upkeep, with leaves and flowers overflowing onto the terrace and regularly ending up in the jacuzzi. The water park areas were pleasant, but they also suffer from a lack of maintenance. In the pool with the slides, there were regularly leaves and sand at the bottom. Furthermore, the number of sun loungers is far too low for the campsite's capacity. The indoor pool also has many missing mosaic tiles, which could be dangerous if some come loose and fall into the pool. Regarding the restaurant, despite the low number of guests during our visit, we didn't have a choice of table and were seated in the passageway leading to the bar, which wasn't very pleasant. Another point for improvement: several washing machines and dryers were out of order. Finally, in a mobile home advertised as "Luxury," we were surprised not to find even a simple filter coffee maker or a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning equipment was limited to a broom, which is rather impractical for properly maintaining the accommodation. On the other hand, not everything needs improvement. The mini-market is well-stocked with very reasonable prices for a campsite. The entertainment is varied and plentiful, from morning to night, with a program suitable for both children and adults. Finally, the reception staff is very responsive: every request was handled quickly and efficiently. Finally, a real plus is the transport: a bus stop is located right next to the campsite, making it easy to reach the surrounding towns, and a free shuttle is also available to the beach, which is very convenient. In short, we had a good holiday, but several details and a general lack of maintenance prevent this campsite, in our opinion, from fully justifying its 5-star rating. With a few improvements, it could easily live up to its rating.
