  The cleanliness was appalling... I found fingernails on the carpet and a plastic box lid under the bed. Furthermore, the heating didn't work despite being moved to a different room. There was mold in the bathroom, which I cleaned myself because it was truly disgusting. Very, very disappointed. The manager (or whoever it is) needs to ensure the final cleaning of their rooms. I will not be returning.

  Fantastic brunch! High-quality products, friendly service, and a wide selection of sweet and savory items, as well as drinks! The staff was very pleasant.

  Passing through Biarritz for one night, we chose this hotel for its location and Sunday brunch. And that's what we'll remember, because the room we had, in my opinion, doesn't deserve three stars. The shower was clogged, the TV remote didn't work, the lightbulb in the chandelier was out, the air conditioning didn't heat, and I won't even mention the practically nonexistent soundproofing... The brunch, however, was nice, with plenty of choice.
