  Our hotel is located in a pure Basque house in the heart of Biarritz, in a prime location as it is also close to the beaches. We will welcome you there with friendliness, you will find calm and tranquility thanks to its exceptional location.
  Our typical hotel, with accents of the Basque Country, with charming rooms served by a wide period staircase, we do not have an elevator. We do not have a room suitable for people with reduced mobility.
  
  You can stay in one of our 16 rooms with different character and decoration.
  
  Apart from the hotel, we also offer 2 studios for rent.
  
  In the heart of the Bibi Beaurivage district, a stone's throw from the Halles district which rhymes with tapas, our characterful hotel takes its name from Captain Mazon who bequeathed 8,000 square meters of land to the city of Biarritz to make a park.

They canceled my booking after I told them I have a service dog, they refused it while it is very illegal to refuse the service because of having a service dog After I reminded them about that, they said oh the room is not good enough for you PS. - Service animal can be any dog or more, thank you for your wrong assumption - not all disability is walking related, thank you again for your wrong assumption

The room is very dirty, dusty and have many mosquitoes. We can't even fall as sleep as there is mosquitoes keep biting us and flying around our ears. The bedsheet also caused allergy to my friend. But the most important thing is the owners are extremely rude! As we booked for three nights, we asked to change our room or refund the two night that I haven't lived in but he owner refused both options. And then he man yelled at us "you stay at that room or get out!". And keep shouting at us in French which I don't understand. We thought it is no longer safe to live in a such hotel, we decided to leave immediately even without a refund. One more fun thing is they said we are the first one complain about their service and cleanliness. We are shocked and reply there's many one star google review complaining the same, and they said the reviews are fake. I just can't hold my laughter, what? They will never evaluate their service and only put the blame on others! The only thing I regret is why didn't I check google review before I booked.

Very welcoming reception. Rooms were exactly what we expected and very clean. Also a convenient location, walkable to the beach and city centre. We visited in winter. It was off peak season, the hotel wasnt crowded and prices were very reasonable.
