  A very nice meeting! Éric is a motorcycle enthusiast, recently converted into a cutlery craftsman. I bought two knives, including one for my son and an oyster knife 🦪 very stylish and practical. Éric explained to us how these customizable Basque walking sticks are made. A functional and beautiful stick, I will be ordering mine soon. I recommend you to visit the workshop 😇

  A real kitchen knife, in fact, that changes everything! Super grip and the quality of finish makes the object pleasant to the touch and to the eye. Thanks !

  Very responsive and good consideration of my request. It's a pity that folding knives with plastic handles are not offered with stainless steel blades. They exist because I already have one. In one of my main uses, picking mushrooms, I would have preferred not to have to dry the blade constantly.
