It is in tribute, especially to my grandmother, to my mother and also to all the parents and grandparents of the world who pass on, with love, to their children and little children the secrets of good cooking and good pastry, which we want to preserve their traditions and their know-how. Thus and thanks to them, we are proud to make our macaroons every day, to the delight of gourmets and lovers of authentic, simple and natural flavors...

We always work in an artisanal way, moreover, each macaroon is prepared hand, with a pastry bag, as in the past.

Our macaroons are made exclusively with selected dried fruits, crushed, ground or grated such as : Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, Organic lemon and Turmeric that we macaroon with a little sugar and egg white. We do not add any fat, coloring or preservative and of course, our macaroons are without flour.

We make sweet cannelés and also savory cannelés for the aperitif. What sets us apart completely in the world of cannelé !
