The Witches' March:

Follow your guide and turn the pages of Basque Country history. Learn more about the witch hunts in Labourd and Navarre between 1609 and 1610. On the forest trail and up to the Zugarramurdi caves, discover Basque culture, its myths, legends, and superstitions.

Information:

• Hike of approximately 3 hours 30 minutes
• 8KM (205M elevation gain)
• Intermediate level (according to official hiking manuals)
• Includes a storyteller guide throughout the walk, a visit to the Zugarramurdi caves and village, a game for children and a small souvenir.
• The walk is not recommended for children under 7 years old and people with reduced mobility.

Basajaun Night (summer only):

Basajaun, the lord of the Basque forests, welcomes us to his kingdom for a nighttime walk full of surprises. With your guide, bring the most famous characters of Basque mythology to life by candlelight.

• Night hike of approximately 2.5 hours
• Approximately 4km (medium level)
• Includes a storyteller guide throughout the walk, an introduction to the Basque language and Basque mythology, and several stories told by candlelight.
• A small, gourmet and unusual tasting experience in the heart of the night.
• Walking is not recommended for children under 7 years old and people with reduced mobility.
