Col de Lizarrieta Nature Reserve in Sare

The Col de Lizarrieta is located on the border with Spain. On the French side, it is attached to the municipality of Sare. Two hiking trails, with information panels, allow you to discover this natural site. The first is on the theme of the forest, its exploitation and the mines. The second focuses on the tradition of wood pigeon hunting. Children can also follow the walk through a story. Other circuits allow you to go around the pass or reach the surrounding peaks.
